Adam joined the club on 2nd February 2024 and made his Lions debut at Ashton United eight days later.

Dawson has had a long football career stretching back to the early 2000s when he started out with Bury coming through their youth ranks along with a spell at Liverpool.

The Bury born winger has racked up plenty of league and non league experience throughout his extensive career which will prove a valuable asset to the Lions dressing room and matchday squads.

Throughout his illustrious career Dawson has pulled on the shirt of several established EFL and Premier League sides including Leicester City, Wigan Athletic, Tranmere Rovers, Notts County, Bristol Rovers Accrington Stanley and Barrow.

Dawson also had a spell with former Cypriot side Achyronas Liopetriou as well as stints at several non league clubs such as Kidderminster Harriers, Eastleigh, AFC Telford United, Chester, Southport, FC United of Manchester and Nuneaton.

The winger is a skilled fustal player for Bolton and the England National Team and can also play in the number 10 position.

On 29th May 2024 it was announced that Adam Dawson had left the club following the end of the 2023/24 season where he made eight appearances.
