We are delighted to announce that George Goodman’s loan from Bradford City has been extended.

The centre back, who first arrived with the club in November, has signed an extension to his loan deal which will run until the end of January 2026.

Goodman has made nine appearances since joining from the Bantams starting the last eight games.

George also got the Man of the Match award and scored in our 4-2 home win over Ashton United last month.

The centre back has been with the Bantams since playing for their U9s and has featured in and around the first team for the past couple of seasons.

He has represented Northern Ireland’s under-19s during the 2024 UEFA Under-19 Euros. He made three appearances in the U19 Euros last year.

He was called up to their U21s sidefor the U21 Euros Qualification double header against Malta and Germany earlier this season.
