Guiseley Vixens are pleased to announce the recruitment of Elle McDonough, a master’s student who will come on board as an analytic for the upcoming 2017/18 season. 

McDonough said: “I have been playing football for several years but knew analysis is what I wanted to go into. I spent last year working in Australia for Brisbane Roar on a sports engineering internship where I started to explore player analysis.

“I have many friends from university which play for Guiseley and after the amazing season, they just had there is no doubt it’s the perfect club to be a part of.

“There are numerous opportunities to develop my skills and the potential to develop more biomechanics analysis within the team.”

McDonough will join up with the team in time for the start of the season.
