Thackley Primary School represented Guiseley Community Foundation in The National League Trust Cup.

The Trust Cup was held at York on 15th February and did really well on the day.

They made it through the group stages and got to the semi finals where unfortunately they lost to Halifax in a very tough and close game.

Steve Taylor, Community Foundation Development Manager said – “It was a real pleasure to be with the team at York – they were a real credit to themselves, the teachers on the day, the School and they did Guiseley AFC really proud. It was a real achievement getting through to the Semi Finals. We look forward to continuing the working relationship with the school.”
