The GAFC Supporters’ Club will be providing the sponsorship for the first home game of the new Blue Square North season against Hinckley United on Saturday 13th August 2011.
Anyone who joins the Supporters Club at their BBQ, which is being held at Nethermoor from 2:00pm onwards this coming Sunday 31st July, will be entered into a prize draw for 4 pairs of VIP tickets for the game which includes FREE entry to the game with a programme included and the full VIP treatment in the hospitality cabin courtesy of the Supporters Club!!
Background
The GAFC Supporters Club is just over one years old and has just short of 100 members which means that 1 in 4 at every home game is a fully paid up member, which is nothing short of impressive for a fledgling organization in its first year of existence.
During that year the Supporters Club has raised £1500 through various events with the proceeds going to the football club where it will be used to arrange further social events over the coming season. In addition the Supporters Club arranged travel to all away games last season with the being the trips to both Boston and Telford. And as a bonus, those who join the Supporters Club in for its second year will see no increase in price for away travel.
Membership
Membership forms for the Supporters Club second year will be available at all HOME games – including pre- season – at the SC Desk, situated just before the entrance to the clubhouse.
