Academy forward Zac signed first team forms on non league registration deadline day, 28th March 2025.

Rushworth has had an impressive first season playing in a variety of positions for the Young Lions. Whilst moving to striker he has scored in three games on the bounce against Farsley Celtic, Boston United and York City.

Zac made his senior Lions debut on 25th October 2025 in an Isuzu FA Trophy tie at Prescot Cables coming off the bench as a late substitute.
