Full back Lucas Odunston joined the club on 3rd July 2024 on a two year deal following his departure from Bradford (Park Avenue) where he played for two seasons.

Lucas attracted the attention of his home town club Leeds United and went through the ranks at their academy from aged seven to 18 after he started playing for Leeds City Juniors.

He then signed a professional contract at Hull City but was hit by a nasty ankle injury.

Odunston credits Mark Bower and Danny Boshell with reviving his football career and giving him a chance when he was at his lowest after spending two years out through injury.

On being reunited with Odunston Bower said: “We have had Lucas previously at Avenue and he is a really good full-back. He is as good as anyone you will find in non-league football at one v ones. He is a reliable and consistent performer, has really good attributes and is incredibly fit.”
