The defender joined the club on 10th March 2023 and was due to sign on loan in the summer but picked up a small injury just before his intended arrival.

Rowe has come through the Bradford City’s youth ranks since 2018 and signed a professional contract on the same day as former Lions loanee Charlie Wood.

Harvey, who can operate in several positions on the right hand side as well as across the backline, completed his academy scholarship with City at the end of the 2021/22 campaign.

The youngster was a vital part of Bradford’s squad which won the EFL Youth Alliance North East division.

In August 2021 Rowe was called up by Ireland U19’s for their training camp in Dublin.

On 19th May 2023 it was announced that Harvey had returned to Bradford City following the end of his loan move, due to injury Harvey only made one Lions appearance during his temporary switch to Nethermoor.
