On loan striker Danny Forrest’s first goal for the Lions was enough to clinch  all three points in this afternoons early kick off.

 The win moves the Lions up one place in the table to seventh and sets up a crucial week at Nethermoor with Tuesday’s  fixture against relegation threatened Stafford Rangers followed by a ‘six pointer’ against  Solihull Moors on Saturday.

Stafford lost 3-0 at Eastwood today whilst Solihull beat fellow promotion/play off rivals Boston United 1-0.
