Ainge stays, Needham goes and Booker signs

Last seasons first team captain Simon Ainge has agreed terms for the coming season and signed on the dotted line. Meanwhile highly-rated midfielder Liam Needham has moved across West Yorkshire to FC Halifax Town and although his talents will be missed, he did spend most of last season on the side lines though injury whilst the team nearly gained promotion to the Conference.

Manager Steve Kittrick is not resting on his laurels though snapping up local boy  James Booker after the 18 year old was released by npower Championship neighbours Leeds United.  Booker, who can play in defence or midfield, was a regular with Leeds Reserves last season and has jumped at the chance to join a  side that is looking to build on last season success.
