Opening day did not go how Mark Bower would have liked with a 2-0 loss in Lancashire at Bamber Bridge’s Sir Tom Finney Stadium.
He will be looking for a reaction with two home games to come in the space of four days.
Team News
The Lions picked up no new injuries at Bamber Bridge on Saturday but did see returns for Will Longbottom and John Lufudu.
Jack Emmett and Liam Ridehalgh are likely to still be missing through injury.
Amir Berchil, Taylor Bowen, Jay Buchan, Joao Silva, Harrison Hopper, Connor Ferguson and Lewis Knight could all make their home debuts.
The Opposition
Hebburn Town also come into the game off the back of a opening day defeat losing out 1-0 to Hednesford Town.
It is their second season in the Pitching In Northern Premier League Premier Division having finished 14th last time out but with only one league win to their name since February.
They did however record three pre-season victories over Northallerton Town, Thornaby and Spennymoor.
There was good news for the Hornets lat last month as they received £2m in government funding to kickstart upgrades across infrastructure, youth development, and community engagement.
Previous Meetings
The Lions came out on top in the two meetings against Hebburn Town last season.
A Will Longbottom double from the penalty spot saw off the Hornets at Nethermoor in November.
John Lufudu scored the only goal on a wet day in the North East in March to record back to back wins over Town.
