Young Lions Draw Harrogate Away In FA Youth Cup First Round

Dave Currie’s U18 side will travel to Harrogate Town’s Exercise Stadium next week for their FA Youth Cup first round tie.

The Young Lions will face the Sulphurites on Tuesday 29th October in a 7pm kick-off in North Yorkshire.

Tickets are priced at £4 adults, £3 concessions (65+, PIP/DLA, Blue Light Card holders), £2 U18s and £1 U11s with tickets on sale online now. U18 and U11s GAFC 2024/25 season ticket holders can also gain entry for £1 with a full paying adult.

Harrogate are also offering a range of relaxed hospitality tickets which can be purchased on the link above priced at £20 adults, £19 concessions and £10 U18s.

The package includes:

  • Access to the hospitality suite throughout the match
  • Pies, Peas, Mash and Gravy before kick-off (pizza and hot dogs also available for U18s)
  • Padded, undercover seat in the main stand
  • Teas/Coffees at half-time
  • £20 per person

Arrival is from 6pm, and reserved parking close to the stadium can be included, full arrangements will follow post booking of the hospitality tickets.

The Young Lions have already knocked Macclesfield, York City, Brighouse Town, Yorkshire Amateur and Dronfield Town out of the competition scoring 22 goals along the way.

It will be Harrogate’s first match in the competition this season, their U18 side reached the third round during the 2023/24 campaign losing 4-1 at home to Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion.
