We are providing a chance for young footballers under-11 to play at Wembley.

Our Community Foundation has been invited to host an Under-11s tournament to select the primary school team who will then represent Guiseley AFC in the in The National League Trust Under -11s Cup .

The winner of the Guiseley tournament will then play in one of four regional tournaments during the week commencing 27th March.

The winner of each regional final will play the semi-finals and final of the competition, prior to the kick- off of the Promotion Final at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 14th May 2017.

The tournament will be held on Thursday 2nd March 2017 from 2.30 to 4.00pm at Leeds Trinity University’s 3G astro-turf at Horsforth.

There will be a maximum of nine teams in the competition, so for the rules and regulations and to register your interest please e-mail ben.walker@guiseleyafc.co.uk.

Community Foundation Manager Trudi Hannaford said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for our local young players to possibly play on the hallowed turf at Wembley, something every footballer dreams of.”
