We are delighted to welcome Martin Stringfellow back to the club as our new First Team Physio.

Martin was previously a physio with the club for over 10 years where he worked alongside several management teams, including Mark Bower and Danny Boshell.

Stringfellow was a vital part of our promotion to the Vanarama National League and survival at non league’s top tier during his decade with the club.

The vastly experienced physio also has a UEFA B qualification and owns South Kirkby Injury Clinic.

Stringfellow has worked within the game since leaving Nethermoor with Frickley Athletic’s youth setup at Minsthorpe College Academy, manager at South Kirkby Colliery and other roles.

Mark Bower is pleased with the return of Stringfellow saying “I am delighted to be working alongside Martin again. His vast experience is not only beneficial from a fitness and recovery perspective but also he is an extra member of our coaching team with his vast football knowledge.”
