The Guiseley AFC Supporters’ Club are to take part in two charity football events in May and are on the lookout for players interested in getting involved.

Over the weekend of Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th of May, the Supporters’ Club will continue their fundraising efforts that have previously seen them take part in our very own six-a-side tournament down at Nethermoor and charity matches against the team from Macmillan Cancer Support in Saltaire.

Charity 11-a-side tournament at The Shay – home of FC Halifax Town.

The Supporters’ Club have joined up with Macmillan to enter a team in this 11-a-side tournament, which takes place on Saturday 16th May and starts at 9am. Games are 15 minutes each way and cost £20 per player.

Car shares will be organised, so don’t worry if you don’t drive but still want to play.

Guiseley AFC and Guiseley Lions Annual six-a-side charity tournament

For the third year running, the Supporters’ Club will be entering a team, maybe two, into the charity event hosted at Guiseley AFC’s 3G all-weather pitch.

It takes place on Sunday 17th May withregistration at 9.30 and the first game at 10. Entry will be £5 per player.
