We can confirm today’s trip to Boston United has been called off.

Boston United have issued the following statement following the news of the postponement.

“We were informed this morning that a third player is now showing Covid-19 symptoms.

Therefore following our protocols; the medical advice received and, above all, to try to keep everyone safe, today’s fixture against Guiseley has been postponed.

Of course we will be fully supporting the affected players through this period.”

Next up for The Lions is Tuesday’s Emirates FA Cup tie with Matlock Town at Nethermoor Park with kick-off at 7:45pm.
