Guiseley AFC can now announce the loan move of captain Simon Ainge to Luton Town for one month, with the view to a permanent move once the loan expires.
Should Luton take up the opportunity to sign Simon permanently this will be subject to the agreement of a fee which both clubs feel is satisfactory, given that he is under contract at Nethermoor.
The club wish Simon well in his loan move and hope it proves successful as he has made no secret of his ambition to return to full time football.
Club secretary Adrian Towers said: “If all goes well for him down at Luton, and a fee can be agreed, then we feel that this will be a good outcome for both Guiseley AFC and Simon.”
