As voted for by you our 2019/20 Goal of the Season goes to Chris Sang with his Boxing Day belter against Farsley Celtic at Nethermoor.

The striker scored on his home debut to break the deadlock with near neighbours Farsley before Lee Shaw added a second late on, Sang went on to score the winner in the reverse fixture on New Year’s Day.

After the strike Sang said “It was great to score that goal to put is in the lead to go on and win the game, I think I have it in my locker but it is all about being consistent about it and enjoying my football.”

Kaine Felix’s equaliser at Altrincham came in in second place, just one vote behind the winner with Jamie Spencer’s strike at Bradford (Park Avenue) coming in in third place.
