We can confirm that Sam Bentley has joined Brighouse Town on a one month loan deal.

Our defender joined the club in September following his release from Bradford City where he worked his way through the youth set up.

Bentley has joined Town who sit in 18th place in the Pitching In Northern Premier League East Division table.

Sam could make his debut tonight as Brighouse host Emley for their 29th league fixture of the season.

During Bentley’s time with Town he could feature in six games with league clashes against Ashington, Dunston, North Ferriby, Stocksbridge Park Steels and Sherwood Colliery to come.

Sam has made 19 Lions appearances so far this season and scored a stunning penalty in the shootout at Stevenage.
