Centre-back Scott Garner signed for the Lions on 13th June 2018 from FC Halifax Town.

Garner joined FC Halifax Town from Boston United and was a vital part of the Town squad that gained promotion to the
National League.

His previous clubs include Mansfield Town, Grimsby Town, Cambridge United and Lincoln City.

A product of the Leicester City youth system Garner signed a professional contract with the Foxes but never made a first team appearance.

Twice capped by England C Garner said: “I like to think that I’m a winner. I don’t like to lose at all.”
