Luke signed for the club on 30th October 2021 on a dual registration deal from Sheffield FC.

He made his full debut at Darlington on the day of his signature.

The midfielder joined the World’s Oldest Club in the summer following his departure from Sheffield Wednesday and has represented England at youth level.
