Lewis signed first team forms on 3rd October 2020 after impressing Marcus Bignot and Russ O’Neill in training.

Hey featured on the bench that afternoon in the Emirates FA Cup win over Atherton Collieries.

Central midfielder Lewis comes from Bradford and is following in the footsteps of his dad Nicky in becoming a Guiseley player.

After a frustrating first season with the Academy following a broken arm and ankle ligament damage Lewis has came back strongly. He is a ball playing centre-midfielder with a great weight of pass.

Lewis made his senior debut on 27th October 2020 in a 1-1 draw at Boston United as a second half substitute, he went on to score the equaliser a day later in Guiseley Academy’s FA Youth Cup tie at Bolton Wanderers before Ethan Hudson-Parker scored a winner at the University of Bolton Stadium.

Lewis made his first senior start on 28th November 2020 at AFC Telford United’s New Bucks Head Stadium.

After impressing during the 2020/21 season Lewis signed a new contract to remain with the club for the 2021/22 campaign on 29th March 2021.
