Striker Sorhaindo joined the club on 3rd June 2023 from Brighouse Town.

He is a product of the Bradford City Academy, having joined them after playing football for Wyke Wanderers in his home City of Bradford.

Sorhaindo joined City aged 13 and on leaving his first dalliance with men’s football came with Bradford side Campion.

He impressed Silsden manager Danny Forrest who took him to Cobbeydale where he scored 12 goals in 22 games before sustaining ankle ligament damage.

The striker recovered and having caught the eye of the Brighouse Town management moved there in 2020 only to have his progress halted by Covid 19.

His form at Brighouse lead him to become one of the best strikers in the Pitching In Northern Premier League East Division, his 23 goals last season putting him second only to former Guiseley hit man Adam Boyes, who was hitting the net regularly for Marske with 28.

He is a former pupil of St Bede’s Grammar School, Bradford.

After suffering a slight knock in pre-season Sorhaindo signed a one month loan deal with Liversedge on 11th August 2023 to boost his match fitness. On 19th September 2023 it was announced that Laurence had returned to the club after his loan spell.

Following the end of the 2023/24 campaign Sorhaindo left the club after sitting out the majority of the season through injury which meant he was unable to make an appearance for the Lions.
