Langley signed a one month loan deal on 12th January 2019 before making his debut at Chester on the same day.

Langley’s loan was then extended by a further month on 12th February 2019.

Josh was a scholar and then a pro for four years at Wigan, the club where his father Kevin holds the record for most appearances.

Warrington-born Langley left Wigan in March 2014 to sign for AFC Fylde, where he became a lynchpin of their defence making over 100 appearances for The Coasters.

He joined Southport in July 2018 and this season has had a loan spell at Altrincham.
