Feyi joined the Lions on 1st October 2024 on a one month loan from Barnsley.

The young forward made his debut later that evening in a 2-0 win at Basford coming on as a late substitute.

Afuape is a product of Barnsley’s youth set up with the South Yorkshire Tykes keeping a keen eye on their forward.

On 1st November Feyi’s loan move came to an end and the forward returned to his parent club Barnsley.
