Cian joined the club on 13th December 2025 on the day we travelled to Prescot Cables. He made his Lions debut that afternoon coming on as a second half substitute.

Philpott impressed Ian Richards in training after his release from Huddersfield Town’s academy set up.

The winger spent four years with the Terriers who he joined after spells with Man City and Man United’s academy.

Philpott had a loan spell with Glossop North End in 2022.
