Ben joined the club on 23rd March 2023 and made his debut two days later at home to Belper Town.

After numerous injuries the defender arrived to provide cover and another option for Paul Phillips.

The full back has plenty of non league experience playing for Stafford Rangers, Stalybridge Celtic, Hyde United, Mossley, 1874 Northwich, Ramsbottom United and Abbey Hey.

On 19th May 2023 it was announced that Ben had left the club at the end of the 2022/23 campaign.
