Archie joined the club on 31st December 2025 on a one month loan deal from Sheffield United.

He made his debut on New Year’s Day and scored in the 3-1 win over Stocksbridge Park Steels.

Archie is a talented midfielder who joined the Blades in 2019 before signing his first professional contract with the Championship side in the summer of 2025.

Christie-Crainie completed a two year scholarship with United and scored several goals in their U18s side and made the move up to the U21 team.

The midfielder has already spent time out on loan during the 2025/26 campaign signing a temporary deal with Emley.

On 30th January 2026 Archie signed an extension to his initial loan and will remain with the Lions for another month.
