Adam signed first team forms on 3rd October 2020 after impressing Marcus Bignot and Russ O’Neill in pre-season training and in friendlies at Nuneaton Borough and Mickleover.

Adam lives in Ilkley and has had playing experience in the junior set ups at Burnley, Leeds United and Bradford City. His favourite player is Alan Shearer and his favourite team is Leeds United.

Adam made his first team debut on 21st November 2020 in a 2-1 home defeat to Gloucester City, three days later he again came off the bench and scored his first senior goal to earn The Lions a point at Kettering Town.

Haw came off of the bench the following Saturday at AFC Telford United before making his first start in the 2-0 win at Spennymoor Town on Tuesday 1st December 2020.

On 26th December 2020 Adam signed a first team contract with the club after notching two senior goals in five appearances.

After his breakthrough campaign Adam was rewarded with a new contract for the 2021/22 season on 27th May 2021. On signing his new contract the striker said “My aim this season is to break through and grab a regular place in the first team. I was just happy to be around the first team squad last season but now I want to push on.”

“As a local lad from Ilkley I look forward to playing in front of a home crowd. That is something we missed last season due to Covid and I am looking forward to experiencing that. it was so weird last season but hopefully things will return to normal.”

After spending a spell on trial with Brentford in the close season Adam said “It was an opportunity not to be missed, to be playing in the amazing set up at Chelsea was a real experience. The full time training and coaching at Brentford got my fitness level up and it has fired me up for the new season and I cannot wait for training to start. I am really happy at Guiseley and I am hoping for more game time in the coming season. I will be working hard to achieve this.”
