We are delighted to announce that Lucas Odunston remains under contract with the club for the 2025/26 season.

Lucas joined the club from Bradford (Park Avenue) in July last year and went on to make 21 appearances.

Sadly the 24 year-old full back missed a chunk of the campaign through injury but showed just why Mark Bower moved to sign him.

Odunston was reunited with Mark and Danny Boshell after playing under their stewardship at the Horsfall Stadium.

Bower handed Lucas his senior debut with Avenue and in the 21 games he played during the 2024/25 campaign the side kept 10 clean sheets.

The defender worked his way through Leeds United’s academy setup before making the switch to Hull City.

Lucas then spent two seasons with BPA before making the move to Nethermoor.
