The club are delighted to confirm that midfielder Oliver Norburn has signed a contract to keep him at Nethermoor for the season.

Norburn, 23, arrived at Nethermoor last month and has impressed for the Lions, notably hitting the headlines for his incredible long-range strike against Bromley last week.

Having become a key fixture of Mark Bower’s squad in recent weeks, Norburn has agreed contract terms and will remain with the club for the remainder of the season.

Mark said: “We always knew that with Ollie’s pedigree and talent, he was likely to prove a strong acquisition.

“It’s certainly proved that way and we’re confident he’ll only get better for us now that his immediate future is sorted. Ensuring players of Ollie’s calibre are at the club for the foreseeable will certainly help us achieve our targets for the season.”
