We are delighted to announce that Guiseley Academy striker Miguel Valsau has signed first team forms.
Striker Valsau is eligible for this afternoon’s clash with Gainsborough Trinity at Nethermoor.
Valsau was introduced as a second half substitute in the West Riding County Cup tie with Horbury Town earlier this season.
The forward has found the net in his last two games for the Young Lions and Paul Phillips has moved quickly to secure his signature.
Valsau joined the academy in 2019 after being scouted by Dave Currie at the UK Football Trials.
He has been an ever present in the Young Lions’ team this season and scored three goals and had nine assists to his name for Dave Currie’s side.
Miguel has previously played his football in his homeland and the Netherlands, when he moved to England he signed for Sheffield United’s development squad alongside the academy.
Congratulations Miguel!
Miguel’s home, away and training kits are all available to sponsor.
