Whilst we are going through the Covid-19 pandemic VE Day will be celebrated this Friday in a different way than what was anticipated just a few weeks ago.
Guiseley AFC Community Foundation Trustee Rachel O’Connor has been sent a range of free resources including a recipe book, bunting to colour in and community partner AVSED are organising a celebration to help you remember those who put everything on the line in the second world war.
VE Day marks 75 years since the guns fell silent at the end of the war in Europe with millions of people taking to the streets to celebrate and remember their loved ones.
