Two goals in each half saw Guiseley cruise to a 4-0 win in their penultimate pre-season friendly at Northern Counties East First Division side Parkgate this evening.

Fielding what looks likley to be the first choice eleven Kaine Felix opened the scoring with a crisp finish and then Aaron Martin opened his Gusieley account as he clipped home after Gabriel Johnson’s shot had come back off the post.

New signing Aram Soleman scored a third just after the restart before managers O’Neill and Bignot made wholesale changes around the 65 minute mark to ensure that all of the squad got some valuable game time and it was one of the replacements, Tabish Hussain, who scored the final goal as he finished off a good passing move with a shot from close in.
