The Lions face Harrogate Town at Nethermoor Park in the clubs’ first local derby of the season.
Guiseley will be looking to get back to winning ways after two defeats on the spin but will have to do so without leading scorer Nicky Boshell, although Rhys Meynell is back in contention.
Harrogate Town ended last season in 15th and currently lie in 10th place following a 3-1 defeat against Oxford City, former Guiseley favourite Dave Merris bagging a goal.
Guiseley will be hoping for the same outcome as last season’s fixture at Nethermoor, when they won 2-1 thanks to a strike by Jason Price and a late Simon Ainge goal.
Steve Kittrick has hinted there may be some changes to personnel and system after defeats to Chester and Bishop’s Stortford.
