We’re adding another Lions supporter to our local heroes list in Anthony Gill who has worked throughout lockdown for Hermes.

With people spending more time at home, online shopping boomed, this meant drivers like Anthony were busier than ever delivering packages and parcels in the local community.

Anthony kept working when others stayed at home to deliver good purchased online, some of which will have been essential to the receiver.

We’re delighted to thank Anthony for his hard work by adding him to our Lions Local Heroes list and hope to see him back supporting The Lions at Nethermoor soon!

We all know someone who at this moment of time is quietly going about their business, but what they are doing is fantastic. So let’s share their good deeds with each other and give someone a virtual pat on the back from everyone linked with Guiseley AFC.
