We are delighted to announce the signing of Harry Ibbitson on loan from Bradford City.

Mark Bower has moved to strengthen his forward line with the addition of Ibbitson on an initial one month loan from the Bantams.

Harry struck 31 goals for their U19 side last season and won the Neil Matthews Academy Player of the Year award at the end of the 2023/24 campaign.

Ibbitson signed his first professional contract with Bradford in the summer after he was rumoured to have attracted interest from clubs higher up the leagues.

We can also confirm that whilst an agreement in principle had been reached to extend Leo Farrell’s loan spell until the end of the season, he has returned to Barnsley for treatment on his injury sustained on New Year’s Day against Bamber Bridge. We will assist him in his recovery wherever possible and wish him the best of luck on his rehabilitation.

Farrell made 15 appearances this season striking seven goals along the way and is currently our second highest scorer.
