Lions Boosted By Bremang & Sraha Arrivals

We are delighted to announce the signings of striker David Bremang and defender Jason Sraha on loan from Barnsley.

The duo arrive from the Championship’s U23’s side and will remain on loan until 3rd March, they have arrived in time to feature against Darlington this afternoon.

David Bremang is a 21 year-old striker who has netted 29 goals in 25 games at academy level for Coventry and Barnsley U23’s. He made his senior debut for The Tykes a couple of weeks ago coming off the bench for the final 10 minutes at Nottingham Forest, he was then named on the bench for their home games with Bournemouth and Barrow.

He has also had loans at Nuneaton and Leamington during his time with the Sky Blues and has netted over half of Barnsley’s goals this season.

Barnsley U23 head coach Martin Devaney was recently full of praise for his striker: “If you’ve got a striker who’s scoring every game – David Bremang has scored four in five, now, so I’d consider him doing really well.”

Jason Sraha is a 19 year-old central defender who came through Chelsea’s academy before joining Arsenal.

He featured for Arsenal’s U18’s side before making the move to South Yorkshire.

Barnsley moved quickly to secure the services of Sraha and they have named him on their bench for the first team seven times this season.

The tall defender has scored two goals for the U23’s this campaign.

Welcome to Guiseley David and Jason!
