We are delighted to announce the signing of Lewis Gould on loan from Barnsley.

The young forward has joined the club on loan from the Tykes for a month and is eligible to play in today’s trip to Morpeth Town.

Gould joined Barnsley in the summer after impressing in the Non League Gems showcase event held in summer last year.

Barnsley moved to sign the forward after he scored 21 goals in the 2024/25 season for Crawley Down Gatwick and was selected to play in the showcase match. He also got 20 assists in the season showing he can set up opportunities for his teammates too.

He racked up over 100 appearances for Crawley Down Gatwick both in their U18 side and first team having come through the youth setup at Crawley Town.
