We are delighted to announce the signing of Liam Tongue on a dual registration deal with Hyde United. 

With play temporarily suspended in the Pitching In Northern Premier League due to Covid-19 The Tigers are happy for their players to get game time with other clubs.

The midfielder has played 45 times for United in the two seasons he has featured for the Ewen Fields based side, he has scored 16 goals and got 10 assists in that time too.

The 23 year-old has also featured for Stockport Georgians, Cheadle Town, Mossley, Marine and Stalybridge Celtic before settling at Hyde.

Liam has registered in time to feature in tonight’s trip to Gateshead with kick-off at 5pm.
