Guiseley AFC Vixens are looking for a Team Manager for the Open Age Ladies Reserve Team that in the 2014/15 season will play in the FA Women’s Premier League Northern Division Reserves Section.

The successful applicant will have a minimum FA Level 2 Coaching Qualification and ideally be looking to progress towards UEFA B Licence.

Experience of coaching within the LTPD framework is essential and be able to demonstrate ability to effectively plan and design coaching sessions.Coach mentoring will be offered as support to help develop the candidate’s own coach development outcomes.

Competitive matches are played on Sunday afternoons and training sessions are scheduled for every Tuesday & Thursday evening from 7pm – 9pm in Leeds.

Coaching assistance will be provided on match-days and training sessions. The successful applicant will become part of a team dedicated to providing structured and progressive coaching designed to aid player and team development.
