We are delighted to announce the signing of Kallan Murphy for his second spell with the club.

The 23 year-old striker returns two years after his departure to Marine.

Kallan made 64 appearances during the 2022/23 and 2023/24 campaigns netting 10 goals in the process.

The Irish-born striker has played at Nethermoor since he left the club when he was on loan at Prescot Cables from Marine.

Murphy departed Marine at the end of the 2024/25 campaign to sign for Warrington Town but missed the clash at Nethermoor last season.

He was born in Wexford and crossed the water to join Chesterfield’s Academy in 2020.

Before the move to England Murphy had previously played all his football with his local club Enniscorthy Town.

Murphy has also spent time at Mansfield outfit Clipstone FC and signed for Matlock Town during the 2022/23 campaign.
