Sutton continued their pursuit of Vanarama National League leaders Macclesfield by thrashing basement boys Guiseley 4-0.
The Gander Green Lane club are five points behind Macc after goals from Terrell Thomas, Byron Harrison, Craig Eastmond and a late Luke Coddington own goal ensured a fifth win from seven games.
Thomas opened the scoring for Sutton, who are unbeaten in eight, when he fired in the rebound after visiting goalkeeper Coddington failed to clear an effort properly in the 34th minute.
Five minutes after the break Harrison turned home the loose ball following a goalmouth scramble and Sutton were out of sight when Eastmond tapped in Tom Bolarinwa’s square pass before the hour.
As time ticked away substitute Beautyman rubbed salt in Guiseley’s wounds by effectively scoring directly from a corner, his delivery clattering the far post then bouncing in off Coddington.
