We return to Nethermoor Park on Tuesday night for our penultimate pre-season friendly ahead of the 2021/22 campaign with FC Halifax Town the visitors.

Kick-off is at 7:45 pm and tickets will be available to purchase at the turnstiles and online in advance here. We recommend purchasing in advance to reduce queuing on the night.

Supporters are reminded that cash is accepted at the ground for programmes and catering, there is limited access to contactless payment. The Clubhouse accepts cash and contactless payments.

The Lions have hosted Everton U23’s, Bradford City and Leeds United so far with trips to Ilkley Town, Yorkshire Amateur and Gainsborough Trinity with a home game against Stockport County on Saturday finalising our list of friendlies.

Pete Wild’s side start their 2021/22 a week later than ourselves on 21st August and have only had two friendlies so far, both away from The Shay, with trips to Farsley Celtic and Carlisle United.

The Shaymen are yet to score a goal with a 0-0 draw at Farsley and a 3-0 defeat at Carlisle’s Brunton Park on Friday night.
