Following the departure of Simon Ainge to Luton, the Lions have agreed to take Hyde defender Andy Pearson on an initial one-month loan that will commence immediately. 

Pearson is a  is big, strong, versatile player who played in nearly every game during Hyde’s Championship-winning campaign and has also made several appearances in the Conference Premier this season.

His versatility extends from an ability to play at centre back, right back or centre midfield, and he will go straight into the squad for tomorrow’s FA Cup tie against Buxton at Nethermoor, having already trained with Guiseley last week.
