Chris Sang Loan Extended

We are delighted to announce that Chris Sang’s loan from Barnsley has been extended until 27th February 2020.

The striker will spend another month at Nethermoor after a productive first loan spell where he scored two goals in six appearances.

He scored the first goal in Boxing Day’s 2-0 win over Farsley Celtic with a shot from 30 yards out and also netted the winner in the return fixture at Throstle Nest.

Chris’ extension has been registered in time for him to feature in this afternoon’s trip to Darlington.

In other loan news Nathan Newall has joined Ossett United for a month to link up with former Lions Assistant Wayne Benn who took over the managerial reigns at Ingfield in November.

Nathan will boost his experience of first team football during the loan after three appearances from the bench this season at Nethermoor.

Tabish Hussain’s loan spell at Eccleshill United has been extended until the end of the season, the winger first joined The Eagles in October and has scored four goals in 13 appearances so far.

The 18 year-old struck in Saturday’s 2-0 win at neighbours Thackley Town to seal three points for his loan side.

Goalkeeper Lloyd Allinson has joined Hyde United on dual registration after leaving Bet Victor Premier Division rivals Gainsborough Trinity last week, The Lions have the first option to play Lloyd should he be required.

Good luck Nathan, Tabish and Lloyd!
