Guiseley Centre of Excellence U13s are heading to Warwickshire This Saturday and Sunday to compete in the JPL national finals.

After another successful 2022/23 season, the Guiseley U13s have been crowned the JPL Yorkshire One Champions.

The Young Lions will now head to Warwickshire this weekend to compete in the national finals against the nation’s other 9 JPL One League Champions teams.

The boys will have two games on Saturday, followed by three games on Sunday, with the aim to top their group to play in the final on Sunday night to be crowned the national champions.

The 13’s coach Lee Duckworth says, “The boys have worked their socks off all season in training and on the pitch, they thoroughly deserved to be crowned Yorkshire champions, now we have a shot at the nationals to be crowned the National champions. The boys are really looking forward to the weekend and we all will be giving 100% to try and bring back the trophy back to Nethermoor.”
