We’re pleased to announce the loan signing of Leeds United youngster Billy Whitehouse.

Whitehouse, 20, is a right-sided player who can play as a winger or at full-back. He is highly rated by his parent club, who signed him from Doncaster Rovers in the close season.

Billy arrives at Nethermoor on a three month loan deal as regular right backs Danny East and Javan Vidal are both sidelined by injuries. East continues to make good progress in his recovery and hopes to return to first team action in around two weeks.

In other injury news, Adam Smith will return to training with the squad this week. Luke Porritt should be available for selection in time for Saturday’s match at home to Macclesfield, following his absence due to concussion.
