Dave Currie’s Young Lions side will travel to Cleethorpes Town on Wednesday 4th September in the FA Youth Cup.

The preliminary round tie will kick-off at 7:45pm at The Linden Club, a place familiar to The Lions who travelled there last season.

Tickets are priced at just £3 adults, £2 concessions and £1 U16’s.

The two sides clashed in the Emirates FA Cup third qualifying round on 7th October 2018, the tie finished 2-2 after two late goals from Cleethorpes.

Kayode Odejayi’s header fifteen minutes from time at Nethermoor in the replay saw off The Owls and sparked a memorable run in the competition.

The academy have faced Football League sides Blackpool, Bury, Grimsby and Fleetwood Town previously in the FA Youth Cup.
