Dave Currie’s U18 side have progressed into the first round qualifying of the FA Youth Cup with a walkover.

Swallownest have been unable to fulfil the fixture so Wednesday night’s clash at Nethermoor has now been called off.

The Young Lions’ next FA Youth Cup tie will be played during the W/C 12th September.

The academy side saw off Bradford (Park Avenue) with a 6-1 victory to reach the first round qualifying of the competition.
